I don't know anything about grow lights, but maybe ask around among your friends if they know anyone who grows mj indoors, and what kind of lighting set up they use. Just a thought. Whistling

I do not know anything I must say. I Only know that Rick also does use growlight for his seedlings in winter. Also a white one. After all it is only for growing. They get sun as soon as spring begins. Than they get the light they need to bloom. Thank You!

Willeke,
The Sunblaster T5 High Output Florescents that I have are Full Spectrum. I have 4 light that are 2 feet in length. I only use them in the winter, if I have seedlings that have been started in the fall.
They are very good on low hydro consumption.
Had looked getting a LED light, but have the initial outlay of funds on the lights I have. Not sold completely on the LED's, although many have very good results w them.

The plants definitely perform and grow with good old natural sunlight in summer.

The first one is with 2 t5ho lights and the second one does have a20w led light. No colors such as blue and red. Will this do and wich one is better?

Willeke, I know little about adenium, since I am only now growing my first ones from seed, but I do know a bit about lighting. I have pretty much used all the fluorescents, from T-12, T-8, T-5, and now T-5HO. I also have a half dozen LED fixtures. The HO fixture will generate far greater lumens than the LED.

So the t5ho lights are better perhaps Ken. Although they are also more expensive I must say. Thanks for your response Ken.
