All About Purslane

Living in a dry heat with high temperatures between 105 and 110 during the summer, purslane laughs in your face and thrives here in Phoenix, Arizona. Add some incredible, edible ornamental purslane to your garden this summer! A salsa with purslane recipe is included in the article.

I never knew it was edible. I know right where a patch of it grows in the summer too. :)
After I make 100% sure that it really is purslane I'm gonna add some to my salsa.

yep, you want to make sure it's not spurge. Look at the Weed forum to see what that looks like. It's not a succulent but still, it's nice to see what you DON'T want to eat!
