The hydrangeas are very beautiful. I planted a row on the north side of my house. But I find that most must bloom on old wood, and the old wood gets killed in winter, so thus I have very few blooms some years. As far as I know, Nikko Blue blooms on old wood, but what about the others? I would love to find good mophead varieties like yours in the photo that bloom on "new" wood. I've been going to search the database but haven't got around to it.

Rolling on the floor laughing Oh well. Thanks anyway. Very lovely photo. I guess I was trying to be lazy, when I just need to do the research. Smiling
