They do need special care. Probably best to send them to me to babysit.

They can be treated the same way that any bare root adeniums is treated.
Unpack
Check for any discoloration (rot) If any, cut out until pure white flesh shows w absolutely No biege marks. Treat w sulfur dust and hang in warm/dry place for 2-3 weeks.
Soak in Transplanter fertilizer or Superthrive for 1/2 - 1 Hr.
Plants up into free draining mix. Mix will differ depending on where you reside (climate, etc.)
Water in (some like to leave for a couple days prior to watering in to allow any tender roots to recover first)
Leave in a filtered light situation for a couple weeks. (If in a short growing season climate and in fall-spring, they can be left in a well lit window).
