This cactus has dark spines . There are 2 other photos in the database that are similar. Can someone check these ID's?

This photo was taken in Peonix at the botanical garden. I just marked this photo with the name they had on the cactus and never gave it a thought since they are the second largest cactus garden in the country.

I'll have to go to the botanical garden to check on that. I have only seen one other cacti there that was incorrectly labeled. It turned out the original one had died and someone replaced it with the wrong cactus. Out of curiosity, which garden is the largest for cacti?
