Our database shows Daylily (Hemerocallis 'Condilla') to be an early to midseason bloomer. I'm a novice when it comes to daylilies but this is what I've read regarding bloom times for Daylilies:

Early: June (early summer)
Midseason: July (mid summer)
Late: August-September (Late summer)

I grow Condilla. It has flowers for about 10-14 days. Mine start around July 4 or so. I live in the western Chicago suburbs.
