Bonnie, just post them all, there are no real favorites, only today's favorite, or this hour's favorite, or this minute's favorite! or, you get the picture.
Mine for this moment it Ball of Confusion.
Several of my new additions last year arrived in late spring and early summer. Early planting and an unusually wet summer got many of them off to a great start. There are several single rhizomes that now appear to be clumps, so I'm pretty sure I'll see a lot of blooms.
These from Bonnie looked like they've been there all along
Several others were planted in the same bed later and look really good- irises seem to love that new space! I'm sure there will be several blooms among those too, but all of the above have formed clumps and I feel are "sure things"

don't you just love it when an iris just takes root and starts vigorously growing? With all the weeding, cleaning, feeding and just garden maintenance I love it when a plant does not pout.
Thro' all the tumult and the strife I hear the music ringing; It finds an echo in my soul— How can I keep from singing?
