Neighbor sent me this photo from Kauai. Can anyone ID it? Are those seeds on the stalk?

That is Agave attenuata (or Foxtail Agave), on the stalk you have unopened flowers towards the tip, flowers (yellow stretch) and then spent flowers/seed pots.
It is what it is!

You won't find viable seeds so easily, but at the base of the plant you will find offsets.
