I have a yen to know which threads in a forum I have "Watched".

For example, the "New?" column in forum front page shows a red "Yes!" or black "--" .

It might instead display a blue "w" for "no new posts and you are watching this thread" and a blue "Yes!" for "yes there are new posts but they are on your Watch List".

Maybe that feature is only handy for certain styles of browsing, but sometimes I like to reassure myself that I've 'covered all the bases' I want to, in a whole forum, yet I don't want to open each idle thread every time I forget what I'm watching (which would 3 times per week!)

Hi plantladylin.

Yes, that's what I mean. It just helps me remember what I've read. It also helps me get familiar with the people on here.
