Hello, something is wrong with the leafs of my alocasia. The sides of the leafs hang down .

Are they possibly sitting in a draft or under the heating vent. They do like moist soil and a bit of humidity. Do they stay inside year-round?

The plant stays near our terrace door, could cold air cause this.

It is possible. Tropical plants do not do well with cold drafts, low to no humidity, or hot, drying heat /heat vents.

Ok then its cold air, i will put it somewhere where are no cold drafts.

The leaf of our zamioculcas broke of and we put it there to see if its root since we dont have new soil .
