A friend gave me one of these weeders a few years ago. I never knew the name, but it is one of my favorite garden tools. It's great for bulk weeding small to medium areas quickly.

I got my first on probably 20 years ago and fell in love with it. It's works well on both shallow and moderately heavy rooted weeds. It's great for working in between close plants.
