I got my pots and trays out yesterday, along with bags of potting mix stored in the garden shed. I'll need to let that all thaw out, then start scrubbing. I'm aiming for Valentine's day for the cabbages, later for tomatoes. I think I've been "pushing" it a bit with starting seeds too early the past couple of years, then I have sad looking leggy plants when I can finally get them into the garden.
Does your Lowe's have a good selection of roses? Ours has been carrying the same Knockout and Carpet type roses for years.

I just say here that Lowe's does have a decent selection of roses, they just got in an entire section of climbers, then they had them divided into scented roses , and mixtures of hybrid teas, floribundas and grandifloras.

You must have a much better garden manager at your Lowe's. year after year, I see the same things here. Same hostas, same roses, mostly the same everything.
