There is cenetepede like worms in my plants, i dont know where they came from, are they dangerous to me?:/

I'm going to take a wild guess here and say millipede.

They not dangerous to you. Mostly they eat decaying plant matter which is a good thing but some species may eat you seedlings so they might be a problem in garden with young germinating plants.

I understand that this is a houseplant problem, not a vegetable problem. I simply pointed out that we who grow vegetables deal with worms all the time. The birds love it when I go worm-picking. Thumbs up Still, only pictures will tell the tale.
