I just checked their webpage again, and their account has been suspended. http://www.bluebirdhavenirisga...

I really hope (for my own selfish sake) they haven't gone out of business. (They have two irises I really want to get.) I really hope (for their sake) that nothing bad has happened to the owners...

But I sent them an email several weeks ago and never got a response, and I noted previously that on their ordering page, it said that prices were up to date for the 2014 season. So it looks like the website may not have been updated in quite a while, and it is possible that the account is suspended due to lack of payment (which might just be due to a credit card accidentally not being updated (this has happened to me), or it could be because the credit card owner is no longer around).

Does anyone here know what the story is?

This is their down season. Mary has been working on the website. She does grow wonderful irises but has another job as well and a family to care for too. She may be slow to ans your emails but she should eventually get to them. I think her love of growing irises is her first concern but with all her other duties she has to work on selling them as time permits. I have been in contact with her this winter and as far as I know all is o.k.

Okay, glad to hear that everyone is probably okay on that end. (As I said, I do know that websites can sometimes go down... I also know that work and family can put garden projects on hold... but after some weeks of no email response and then seeing the website down, it gave me cause to wonder.)

Thanks for the update.

I'll try to be patient...

They are doing "up dates" on the web page.
