Easy to make. Just PVC pipe with a piece of wood to connect the "legs" and a light bulb to light up the head. The light wire is threaded down one leg. The boots are screwed onto a board and hold him up.

I didn't make his head. It's some kind of fabric over wire. It was made as a hanging lantern, or to top a light bulb. 'Like a Japanese paper lantern frame, only sturdier and slightly squashed. I think you could probably cover one of those frame with strips of heavy white cloth, and then paint it orange. Or simply use a plastic pumpkin with a light in it.

Next year, I thought about having him wear some decent Western boots...and having a family!
