I read your article that was a good article but have about three things I don't care for in the recipe green chilies, raw onions and cilantro
Sorry I know I'm suppose to like raw onions but I just can't bring myself to eat them I eat salsa from the stores but can't taste the raw onions in those it's different when it's fresh the onions seem to stand out to me, I hate that!
I'll try some in my salads when the tomatoes are ripe
