Kathy: Love them all ... and I'm such a novice I would have thought that 'Green Genie' was the same as mine! I really, really, really love that Blc. Solar Flare 'Paradise'! I think I have a Blc. Solar Flare something or other (will have to check tags tomorrow) it's not 'Paradise' though and I'm loving the yellow in that one!

Aha ... I thought that one in your first photo looked familiar, I have Encylevola Surprise from Marble Branch too. Can't remember if I already shared a photo or not but if this is a duplicate, please forgive me. The one bloom remaining is just about spent, this photo is from a couple of weeks ago:

Thanks Ursula! I don't get blooms very often but I sure love it when a bloom does show it's face!

I guess, the recent deluges didn't faze Ceratostylis rubra, it is blooming this week again.

and some first, small blooms on Vascostylis Tham Yuen Hae X Broga Bluebell. Hopefully the bloom count will improve with subsequent flowerings.

My Ceratostylis rubra just grows leaves. Any tips on blooming it?
Of course I am very in love with Vascostylis Tham Yuen Hae X Broga Bluebell. Where was that from Ursula?

Thanks.
My Ceratostylis rubra gets a lot of sun, mostly in the morning right now, and I keep it very bright and sunny during the indoor season.
The Vascostylis x came from the Malaysian vendor ( bought this March at the SEPOS ) Ooi Leng Sun Orchids. I had bought a whole bunch of small plants from them that time, they were fairly cheap and I had taken some chances. I am happy this one is saying something. Smiling

Uh-oh. Sposta go down to 36 F on Friday and 39 F on Saturday. Do you think the tarps will keep them warm? I might bring spikers in. The cyms will love it though.
