I think those are beautiful, I see it looks like they would grow here and not have to be dug up in the winter. I might see if I can find some. I see they are bulbs but can be grown from seed, wonder how long that would take?

Hi Larry,..i planted the bulbs in spring and they produced blooms from July to Sept,..some even bloomed into Oct but the blooms were smaller,..seeds were a tad slower though maybe my fault as i sowed them directly outside,..the only problem i had was keeping them upright but i solved that by sticking four canes in the pots then garden twine around to make a circle,..of course just like Day Lily and similar,..slugs liked the taste,..oh they produce lots of seeds.

There are pink/red/yellow with various markings then also in plain colors with no markings,..yes a beautiful flower Thumbs up
