The United Nations has designated 2016 as the Year of the Pulse.
There is a new book out on Pulses
written by a Canadian seedsman, Dan Jason, of
Salt Springs Seeds (saltspringseeds.ca).
The book is a collaboration with two culinary experts,
and includes 50 vegetarian recipes.
