I have about half as many as you, Tom. He's a fave.
I'll be able to tell you which are the iris faves after this season. Most are new.
Gypsy Lord and Strawberry Shake both did very well last season.
Merchant Marine was splendid.
I may have lost Volcanic Glow - it seems to have disappeared!

The database thingie found 60 Keppels in my list, but a quick perusal found
half a dozen from my want list included.
Birthday Girl...I need it!

I'd have to update my spread sheet chart by Keppels. I probably only have 5ish compared to my trillions of Blyth's. Don't you dare start a Blyth Thread!
Gimme it and I'll grow it!

Only 8% of my collection are Keppel's.. I'm clearly lagging in that department. A large percentage of these were from last year, and I'm sure I'll have new favorites as soon as I see blooms...

I love the color of 'Mulled Wine', and it does well for me.

'Rainbow High' was my favorite new Iris last year.

I really liked 'Spirit World'

'Reckless Abandon' was one of my favorites in 2014

We'll have to see how 'Pretty Kitty' does now that it's in the ground, but it sure impressed me blooming in the pot.

Holy crow, you guys must have absolutely massive iris gardens. Blinking

I just checked my list of what I have ordered so far this year, and it's already up to 41 irises (with a few more to come), and I don't know where I'm going to put them all (I'm still looking for places to put the ones I have in pots!). I haven't been paying attention to hybridizers, so I don't know how many of them are Keppel irises, but I do know at least one of them is - 'Wintry Sky'. Lovely name for a lovely (if pics can be trusted) iris.

(Most of the irises I have been ordering have been rebloomers, or something aimed at crossing with rebloomers, or something for a particular name association.)

That said... 'Rainbow High' looks like it has a beautiful combination of colors.
Evaluating an iris seedling, hopefully for rebloom

Wintry Sky is as pretty as it's pictures, maybe prettier. Somehow I forgot to add Happenstance. I have that one too. I really have to go through my data base with a fine tooth comb and get it updated.

Poly, if you are entering your 'haves' to your ATP plant list, you can use the Iris database to search by Keppel and only those in your list.

Click search by characteristics, then you can enter the hybridizer name. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the box that says only plants in my list, then hit enter.
