Hello,

I'm looking to see if anyone has an interest in tomatoes, mild-hot peppers swap, herbs, veggie seed swap for 2016?

Hi Yokoharu. If you look on the Homepage screen to the left, you'll find Seed Swaps listed. You might get more response there.
I garden for the pollinators.

Hi Yokoharu. Welcome to ATP, I hope you find a swap or decide to organize one yourself. Dave wrote some nice software to make seed swaps easier, but someone still has to volunteer to be the central person.

http://garden.org/apps/swap//
(Or look at the blue menu bar on the far left. The 8th entry is "Seed Swaps". However, none are active right now for vegetables.

I would probably join a swap that includes vegetable seeds. I have some old tomato and pepper seeds, but I stopped collecting them when I realized that I would need plastic tunnels to reliably ripen most varieties.

I've been following this thread and have a question please. This may help the original poster.
If I go to the blue area on the left and click on "seed swaps" it does not take me to a place to become a host of a swap (not that I want to do that, but someone might). Where does one go if they want to organize a swap? Thank You!

I think they should drop Dave a Treemail to become a swap host.

I think they have to discuss things with Dave anyway, to set the dates and specific rules for the swap.

When you go to the seed swap link in the blue panel you see a list of all swap, past, present and future. Under the first section with current and future swaps is three green link buttons. You click on the one that says Access the Swap Host Control Panel. If that is not visible to you the you need to tree mail dave to activate for you. You don't need to discuss dates and rules for the swap. That is all up to the swap host.

Thanks, Jay. I don't have the button "Access the Swap Host Control Panel".

Then it's necessary to contact Dave to start a swap for the first time. I had to contact him, but I was the first one and did not know if he had activated it for everyone at that time or if was on an individual basis. But once it is activated it remains so and you can continue to set up new swaps without having contact him each time.
