Many people don't have the room for or don't want to/can't spend the money for a permanent greenhouse. Building a temporary one outside can be challenging because high winds can literally blow it away. Here is a solution to that dilemma.
See, we have this barn. Big barn. All that's in it now is two little ponies. Heh, there are LOTS of empty stalls. And electrical outlets. And fluorescent light fixtures. Sooooooo tempting!
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
So you are saying Ken that you construct this in your garage? I don't understand. If you have a garage, why the need for the greenhouse inside. I am assuming you don't heat the garage (I mean why would a person even need a garage where you live but ignoring that issue) so by building the little house within a house you can more easily heat it??
Yes, and yes, Mary. My garage is unheated. It is far easier and more economical to heat a 6'x10' insulated structure than a (mostly uninsulated) space that is 3-4 times as large. My garage is an oversized, two-car garage. We have garages down here to keep our autos out of the weather, for (secure) storage, and for security. There are lots more reasons to have a garage space.
