What process are you going through to login? And are you actually logging out between sessions?

You shouldn't have to sign in or login unless you actually click the "Logout" button on the bottom of the screen. Next time try just going directly to the homepage and see how that works.

If she has her browser set to delete the history when it closes, then it could be removing the login cookies. Shrug!

I login with no problem ..

It's just that the 'box' for signing up for the Newsletter won't go away

Not a big deal, just kind of curious is all Smiling

I had that happen for about a month, and then it finally went away. I just figured it was a glitch of some kind.

Well the newsletter offer shouldn't be showing up unless you bookmarked or somehow are directly going to the newsletter offer page. That's why I asked how you're accessing the site. I tested logging in and it didn't ask me to signup for the newsletter.

You're right. I had bookmarked the first page I entered when I joined.

BING!!!

I came to ATP and, immediately 'bookmarked' the site ..

Once I get a bit more than a tuppence of time, I will delete the icon and site ..
I imagine since I am registered it'll be OK when I come crashing back Confused
