Applause and congratulations!

Outreach, especially to kids, seems like a big gift.

Please let us know when Garden.org is looking the way you want it. I had never gone there before, but I just did, and really like the idea of the "plant care guides". Those serve some of the purpose I had hoped for in "parent plant pages". Basic, introductory-level, generic how-to advice for families of plants.

Maybe you both can suggest ways for ATP members to contribute to the effort.

I'm a little late to the congratulations party (I've been down with a bad case of the flu for a week now and haven't had the strength to be on the computer.) *** Memo to self: "Remember to Get Your Flu Shot Next Year!"

Sending my well wishes to the wonderful Whitinger family on the news of acquiring the NGA brand. Thumbs up I will be watching and looking forward to future updates regarding renovations and improvement to the Garden.org site now that it will be in the extremely capable hands of the Whitingers ... fun times ahead!

What a wonderful bit of news! Dave and Trish, I'm brimming with excitement for both of you and pride that you have made such an impact and are taking it to the next level. It's an honor to be affiliated with such motivated and caring individuals, even if it is in my own, tiny way. (This must be what people feel when they attend the speech of a president or brush shoulders with someone famous...) I wish you both the best and I know it is a great step forward for the NGA and its website, I can't think of anyone more qualified to help the website reach its full potential, and I'm happy to know that the two will be merging so that NGA and ATP receive somewhat simultaneous attention rather than us having to share you with a wholly separate project that is equally large in scope. I look forward to seeing what this new, merged version of "NGATP" ( Whistling ) will look like. I do also hope that, as you mentioned, the Association will retain some sort of partnership or ties with the other two, new divisions of NGA. Programs that teach our youth about gardening are so important and it would be great for us ATP'ers to be connected to that in some way, large or small.

Again, many congrats on such a big event! Hats off to you two! I tip my hat to you. I tip my hat to you.
