I've been lucky with 'White Christmas' in that I seemed to find a good place for it to grow from the start. Many people have difficulty with this one because of the amount of white, but mine is doing well. This photo July 3 in zone 5a.
I have lost 2 of these so I'll just enjoy your photos and quit wasting my money trying to grow one in my gardens! Yours looks very happy where it's at!
When all is said and done, there’s more said than done.
I got lucky, Rose. It's situated a couple of feet south of my oak tree in the SE corner of my yard, not far from the street. Gets some morning sun but by mid-day the oak tree gives it shade.
Gorgeous plant Ann! I had one also in MN. It never died but it only got 2 or 3 miniature leaves every year. I moved it every few years trying to find its happy place. When I moved to SD it was still going, but not strongly.
