Beautiful red colored salvia. I've grown it years ago. I think once in the ground and once in a container. They died with the frost/freeze.

Cherry Queen is a rather hardy only hybrid. There is one in my garden that has been there for a decade now.

I had Cherry Chief growing and blooming for years in a large container tub. It kept overwintering until I dug it out to plant something else in it. Cherry Queen might be the same way if it was in the same container tub.
