I hear them talking in the trees when I go out there. It makes me think of that window cleaner commercial. It's like they are watching me to see my reaction, I do think they have a sense of humour. Hilarious!

The squirrels and chipmunks dig them out of my pots. I have to use Plantskydd in the pots.

Yes, I believe those little birdbrains are conniving! And so are the rest of their little friends.

Through several rains....so depends on how often it rains. So far I've only used the liquid, but plan to try the granules if I can find them around here.

Right now it wouldn't do me any good to put it out. : ( It is blowing and raining so hard today I can't even step outside. Tomorrow should be a little better and Wed is clear, then the rain comes back Thur for 4 or 5 days. : ( Lots of rain. Then this summer I'll complain about how dry it is. Sticking tongue out

Its so dry here right now that they're warning people to not do anything that could create a fire outside. We're expecting major winds the next several days which would only make a fire spread faster.

Yes, drought. It's really unusual for us this time of year. It's only part of Wisconsin, and it seems to be the only area in the upper midwest. Possibility of rain this coming weekend - we're hoping.

No wonder semps and sedum do well for you. I never would have thought Wisconsin would have a problem with drought. What are your summers like?

Generally in the 70-80 deg. range. Sometimes a few 90's. Nights 55-70. Humidity isn't usually an issue. The weather has been very strange here the last few years. A couple of years ago in the Spring we had a "100 year" flood. Like they say, if you don't like the weather in Wisconsin just wait a few minutes - it'll change.

I do believe they say that in every state, cause I have heard that down here too. I believe each state is quilty of changing. Just a matter of being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Big Grin
