To check it out. I had a foot of leaves & straw on it. Then poly. Then 2 more feet of leaves and brome hay.

Saw something poking up. It was growing. Heh It did look horrible - all white and yucky.

I covered it back up with 6 inches of mulch cause we are sposed to bo back to 30s by the weekend.

Had a 2 foot spike on a Canna near by growing against the foundation. Been in the ground since 2010.

Yippy on the banana. Hurray! Hurray! Hurray!
