I'm still thinking on my scarecrow. Thought of one for the garden, but it will be small. Becky said hers will be 6" now that is tiny! Will be waiting for all the good pics that will be here soon.

Is anyone going to make a wreath besides Sally, Tee and me? If not, lets postpone the September contest.

Well, I have some wreths that I made last year, that I'll be putting up soon. Does that count? Or does it need to be a wreath I've made this year? Either way, I think I'll be playing along... I just got an idea!

I reused one of my grapevine wreaths (I am not eligible to win a prize so I can just go ahead and show and tell). I luv grapevine wreaths ... always have and always will. I never get tired of them. I've used this one so many times. So I added some "stuff" like silk leaves and faux bittersweet berries to an old grapevine wreath and viola`. Easy peasy. I later decided to go with the theme of the month and stuck in a little scarecrow someone had given me. So I think I'm good all the way around for September.

I'm using a wire basket to make my wreath I think.

I want it to be seen from the street. Is it too bright, do you think?

Wire basket sounds intriguing. I saw a cool looking large white oval wire frame yesterday at a yard sale. Probably should have bought it. I did get a big bag of glass stones of various shapes and colors for .50. Woohoo.

Okay, I made a wreath today and I am pretty excited about it. It is not for a door, a gate, or over my mantle, however. It is for inside our motorhome. Also hung up last year's wreaths and did fall decor outside, pretty fun! Thanks for challenging us, ladies!
