March 15, 2016

After a 4 month break, the ATP podcast is back and we're sharing news about our taking over the National Gardening Association. In this episode, we tell the story of how we came to acquire the NGA, what our hopes and dreams are, and what we're planning to do with it in the short and long term.

Thanks for all the info shared and overview of things to come. Looking forward to complete transition. The future awaits us all.
You mentioned things like up-grades; I was just wondering, maybe you could upgrade the podcast's theme music. It presently reminds me of telephone wait music or the music heard in an elevator...kind of old fashion and, in my humble opinion, without merit.
Anyway, congratulations to Jon as newest administrator. He and I share a common birthdate, not the year, just date and month.
Wishing you and your's continued success and proud to be part of it.
Nothing that's been done can ever be changed.

Great podcast, funny and uplifting and the way you explained the NGA - ATP merger helped us feel that we'll remain a part of the larger community, a very strong part of it.

You've always treated all ATP members with respect and kindness. Even if you have to say no to a request, you always take time to explain why and your kindness shows through every word. Little things like that weave their way throughout the entire membership and that's what makes ATP so strong. I hope you never have any doubts about our support for you. We trust you to always make the right decisions and in this instance we'll be hanging on to your every word, just waiting for the next really awesome thing you come up with.

I'm so happy for you, for your family and for all of us, especially those of us who've been with ATP since the doors opened. We were standing around just like Black Friday at the big box stores, almost beating down the door we were so anxious to get into ATP.

I'm looking forward to having even more fun in the future, Trish, I just hope the male person with you is capable of keeping the technical aspect of the site running smoothly. Big Grin

LOL, Sharon- We all know my male counterpart is not just the best one for the job, he's the ONLY one for it!

Thank you (and all of you!) for the kind words. They've really meant a lot to us- much more than you will all ever know. I tip my hat to you.

You're right Trish, he is the ONLY one for the job. All the hurdles he conquered along this journey proved that.

But if he hadn't had you, his female person, beside him, he might have had a few big stumbles along the way. We all know that, too.

I almost panicked when the podcast disappeared from the window. I put it aside to wait for a time I could concentrate and learn a bit. But the more button found you right away. Hurray! Hurray!

And I did, learn that is, and laugh and even teared up. I realize now, even more than I did, what a journey you guys have been on. And the ride is not over yet, huh? Can't wait to see what 2016-2017 brings, I know it will be great. Thanks for making us a part of it and for all you do and are. Thank You! Thank You!
