I spent a couple of hours making my first real stab at spring clean-up in my yard. I didn't even make a dent. The weeds are incredible. So much work to do!

You know, for all the hours I spend exercising, I'm not in very good shape. It takes me so much longer to do things now. I'll probably be stiff tomorrow, too. I'd better do stretch some more.

Here are some of the vendor sampling/displays we saw yesterday. No, I did not sample EVERYTHING.........I would have been deathly ill. Sis was interested in some different kind of bread for her burgers, etc. And the mushroom display was GORGEOUS. I would have loved to go fill a bag when the keeper of the 'shrooms was otherwise occupied! Rolling on the floor laughing

Nine of us did a 4.23 km walk this morning. We will not have an organized walk again until Monday as they are calling for significant freezing rain tomorrow and Friday is also a statutory holiday in Canada. With the two combined, I decided to let people walk on their own, maybe later in the day if they wish.

I did get some exercise today, I vacuumed everything in the guest room, even dusted the walls and mini blind. Then I tidied the mud room, put most of the winter coats, scarves, hats, boots away, vacuumed and dusted.

Yeah, that sounds like work.

Not a healthy day for me. I went out for lunch with friends, missed the gym. Tomorrow will be a ditto. Friday morning I have a doctor's appointment, so I'm not likely to make it then, either.

Tomorrow I have to be at DS#2's place about 6:30 to pick up the grands. After the SU gets his beasts fed, it will be off to my sis's restaurant to wage war on more grease. And, in between all that I have to bake more for Friday morning's church bake sale. I've made 2 cranberry cakes so far. Each one is 24 pieces, so I guess I'll put 6 on a plate and call that good enough. I've got 3 dozen rolls rising, have 3 more bags of 3 dozen each to do. Maybe some cookies yet........peanut butter??? Don't know.....depends on my energy factor tomorrow after we get home. Green Grin!

Friday morning I'll get the grands again, and they can come to the bake sale with me. That goes till noon, but I hope we're sold out before that. At 1:30 I have a dairy cattle sale to write health papers for. Perhaps I can bribe the grands' good behavior with bruger and fries at the lunchroom there. LOL

Lots of running around, but I don't think too terrible much physical activity.

Oh, crap.................I forgot to put some Pam on the saran wrap I had over the top of the rolls, so when they rose, the dough stuck to it. Arghhhhhhhhhhh.................On to "Plan B"..............gathered up the whole mess of dough, rolled it out, put butter/sugar/cinnamon on it, cut in half lenthwise, rolled up and made 2 loaves of bread. While those are rising, I'm making a double batch of peanut butter cookies.

Yes, i DID spray Pam on the saran this time that I put over the 2 loaves. Rolling on the floor laughing
