This is a small-medium hosta which has been in my garden for a decade. It's a sport from 'Francee' and has spawned its own family of sports including 'Loyalist' and 'Revolution'.
I now grow this one right next to 'Loyalist where the reverse colours compliment each other well. It is usually, one of the first hostas in my garden to start turning yellow, sometimes as early as late August, though most of it lasted well until late September.. Feel free to post your own pictures of this hosta.

Patriot was one of the first hostas I acquired. A local hosta nursery had mature specimens which were beautiful. Their white tips emerging in spring is always glorious.

Patriot was my first hosta and it was a free one as my boss gave it to me. I have it in 3 different places now.

Was my "first" as well and still one of my favourites. I love how it lights up the shade; the white edge always pops. I have two, the one more shaded has a darker green center that I prefer.

2016 picture. For some reason it didn't do as well last year and one friend told me that was happening to this variety all over the region. Hoping for better in 2017. July 13
