Want to watch The Martian .. but, do love great entertainment as would be given watching Star Wars .. I know I'll watch both ..

Kind of feeling a bit mystified over the announcement that Michael Weatherly will be leaving NCIS .. my greatest hope is that they don't KILL him off, but, that he finds Ziva and goes happily into the sunset ..
I love his character .. actually, I love ALL the characters in NCIS .. even MarK Harmon and his hair Rolling my eyes.

No one seems to know if he'll be killed off.......
Apparently a vote shows that viewers think he should re-unite with Ziva

I have not seen Star Wars yet but I heard the graphics are poor CGI and it's the same storyline from another star wars episode just with a few new characters, is this true?

Keith2012 The remakes are not as good , Things the old terminator films , the remakes became more fun still , a few others . The opinion here is , none are as good or fun as the original as far as Star Wars , There is one other in the series That I really like though ,

I like the movie Lucy, with Scarlett Johansson and Morgan Freeman, but then anything with Morgan Freeman is good nodding

Keith, there have been some criticism of the new Star Wars movie, but not about special effects or the use of old characters.

The effects are fantastic and seamless, even in IMAC 3D. This movie uses a lot of practical effects, with special effects only as needed, so it looks more grounded (like the original three), not fantastical (like the three prequels). There's really very little CGI. They built actual battleships and sets in the middle of Abu Dhabi!

It's a sequel to Return of the Jedi so some of the characters do return, but the story is more about three new characters.

I like it better than A New Hope and Return of the Jedi, although Empire Strikes back is a better movie, imo. The major criticism of this movie has been that there are elements of it that are borrowed from A New Hope, but that's what I liked about it! Thumbs up

Tarev, isn't Sherlock the best? Thumbs up

I *rarely* re-watch movies/shows, but I want to revisit the entire Sherlock series. I love how dense the stories are and how they're all connected. The showrunner is Steven Moffat, who has also been the showrunner for Doctor Who for a few seasons.

Btw, HBO is currently showing remastered HD versions of The Godfather I/II, with previously deleted scenes. If you can't watch tonight, they're going to shown on HBO On Demand/Go/Now as well.

Hi everyone
I went to see the Chihuly exhibit in S. Florida. It was stunning.
Very organic...huge installation. There was a rowboat on a quiet lake filled to brimming with glass spheres. All of it was stunning...one vista after the other. I don't know if this is a visiting exhibit or permanent. it was a few years back.

I would LOVE to see that -- I wonder if it might come to Milwaukee or somewhere that I would have a chance of getting to... must do a little research!
