My palm is healthy but these seed-like beads are being dropped every where. It's nessy because i have an upholstered chair beneath it.

Yes, those are seeds and they do make a mess in the house. You might want to move it outside until they have all dropped.

The photo with the penny is aborted flower buds. The photo with the black fruit are ripe and can be used to start new palms.

Do you have more than 1 individual in the pot?

Yes, there are several and several that have reseeded.

Excellent! I put pics of male & female blooms in the entry in the DB here. Chamaedoreas are either male or female, like hollies. I'm not sure the seeds in your last pic are fully formed. They look a little small, and not round. I realized after finally seeing some much bigger, perfectly spherical ones on one of my trees that the seeds I'd though were ripe a few times in the past weren't fully formed.
