I was wondering if you could make some changes that would save me a ton of time filling in each cultivar's General Plant Information. I've already amended the form to reflect change common to all cultivars, but this only is able to be applied only to new cultivar additions.
For instance, the first box is Plant Habit, the check goes on the first option - Herb/Forb . Can you retrofit all cultivars to to have that marked?
2nd request is for the Water Preference box, all need Mesic marked.
Third, Soil pH preference box, all need Slightly Acid and Neutral (2 options) checked.
Number 4 request - Wildlife Attractant - all need the boxes for Bees and the box for Butterflies checked (2 options).
Number 5 - Propogation; all (except the species) need the Will not come true from Seed box checked. If you can only do this option on all cultivars, I can go to species myself and make the appropriate correction.
Lastly, in the Pollinators box, all need a) butterfly and moth box checked; b) all need the Flies boxed checked; and c) all need the Bees box checked (3 options).

I think it would half the time spent on each entry (there's like 10000 to go).

Thanks.
J

We got the proposal but had trouble getting it approved due to the sheer size of the number of plants that were affected. This morning I manually approved it, and it should all be taken care of now. Smiling
