The story is too long to elaborate but in a nutshell,
I had problems getting my printer to print photo images. It printed docs fine.
My Geek had been here a few days before to do some work that included a new printer driver.
I called her about the problem and we attempted a remote fix which included uninstalling PICASA a free photo editing program from Google.
To our shock and horror, when we went to reinstall PICASA it had been discontinued. Google recommended the new picasa version of Google Photo. It's awful.
I need recommendations for new free photo editing software. I have Pixler and am considering any other choices.

World's most popular FREE photo software = Irfanview. It is my default photo software. User friendly. You will not need help. I hate Photoshop and do not even have a copy. Go to Tucows.com to download a copy of Irfanview. Ask me more if you want. Gene
