Thank you for your kind words, Joy. I've always been a gardener - but I didn't start taking flower photos until my daughter gave me her "hand-me-down" Canon camera in 2009. (She switched to a Nikon). I can't tell you how much pleasure it has given me. And now I get to keep pictures of my flowers even when they disappear for the winter or burn up in our Texas sun.
I know your climate is kinder to plants than mine!
I also enjoy sharing the images with others. So glad you liked it.

I've been enjoying your pics too! And I couldn't agree more, plants are always changing (and sometimes passing on.) Can't have too many pics for "down days" and bad weather days! (And like my current moment, at work with everything done, until the next thing comes up...!)

Thanks, Tiffany. I never get everything done! Photo albums are my form of keeping a journal. There's still so much to learn, so much to do, so much to plant....and it's all fun!

That is Gorgeous Grammachar. I didn't even realize you were in Texas. Thought the photo must have been taken in Florida. LOL Not that I've ever been to either. Looks like Texas has some amazing beauty. You should enter you photos in the photo contest here at ATP. I think it starts at the end of summer or maybe in the fall. I forget now?
