Hello fellow Plant Fiends,

I just joined today after having been referred by DrDawg, Mr. Ken Ramsey. I purchased a Ficus Alii tree from him this week. It arrived yesterday and is getting acquainted with its new roommates.

I was lucky enough to be able to start my gardening passion about 5 years ago when I got my own little postage stamp of a yard and transformed it from a weed patch to a nice place to hang out and watch birds. Outdoors, I'm into Japanese maples and succulents. I also collect tillandsias, which I keep indoors in my bathroom (it has a nice skylight), and numerous other houseplants.


I look forward to learning a lot about plants and fellow members.

My assistants...well, sometimes they are good at helping with weeding, but sometimes they are worse than really bad garden pests.
