I collected some seeds from my Asiatic lilies last year. What are the required hoops to jump through to get them to germinate?

Starting lilies from seed is a lot of fun and worth trying too. Have you ever tried scaling a lily bulb? Spend some time reading through the different sticky threads here, you will learn a lot and get quite inspired to try new things.
