I pretty much trust the id on both of these, as the growers are very knowledgeable. I think Twit is right, we need to leave them longer and see how they react to different conditions (the rechingeri is still in a 2" pot) and how they change with the seasons and what happens when they bloom. I don't think I'll hold my breath for that - it could be a while.

Just took a photo today of the one. A few of the rosettes look like they might bloom this spring.

Un-named Rosularia.

We'll have to compare pics when they bloom, Lynn. That one is very cute, love the colors.

Nothing seems to bother it Jacki. Not even 5 or 6 months of almost none stop rain. Not a speck of rot on it. It has such a wonderful texture to the leaves.
I'll post photos when the blooms open.

Hurray! Hurray! Sandi they are just beautiful. Hurray! Lovey dubby You are going to have so much fun with them. All of mine made it through out very wet winter/spring. I was really surprised as I didn't think they would survive those conditions. Just made sure the soil was fast draining.

Beautiful, Sandi! I can't wait until mine start clustering up, they seem to take a long time. Of course, I keep stealing the tiniest rosettes to trade with people who are just as addicted... *Blush*

Look, this little saxifraga (un-named) bloomed. It has the cutest tiny flowers.

I am intrigued by the odd little areas along the leaf edges. I will try to get a better and clearer photo so I can see them better. It almost looks like some of the encrusted saxifraga.

My Rosularia chrysantha is coning! I'll get to see the blooms now. As I recall, these are polycarpic - bloom more than once? Is that right?

Beats me. This is my first year with them. We will be learning together. My first one is blooming now. Won't be long until we see what that rosettes does once the blooms are done. I want to let the seed hear ripen and plant the seeds.
