I am very curious as to how it works or if its even possible! I love playing with the daylilies in the summer but this is a whole 'nother ball field lol. The flowers are tiny. Please feel free to spill your info

OH! and another ?, are there varieties that are sterile? or ploidys involved?

I have never done any crosses but have collected bee crosses on some of my Heuchera. I got some interesting babies. Mixed all collected seed together so was not keeping track of the pod-parent. Was not even sure they would germinate but they did. Yes, some are sterile.

Thanks Julia for the info, much appreciated! Would love to see your babies if you have a pic? Iv never tried germinating them yet.. but Im thinking baby steps.. however my mind is running through everything here that would make an interesting cross! lol
