I think it is a weed in the mustard family. I'm not sure which one off the top of my head. Some are edible but best to get a definitive ID if possible, just to be safe.

It does look like some kind of mustard plant. I wouldn't advise eating it just yet...
Maybe you could let them mature, keep a photo journal, then collect and photograph the seeds. That should help get a pretty good ID.
