I was punching around to see what is new and went to the forums list

I noticed a link at the top which said something like "Got a question?" and indicating a link to the garden sages to get the question answered.

I wondered if that went to the old "got a question forum" or something from the new NGA combined site. So I click and it took me to the google search page. I don't think that is where we want people to go if they have a gardening question. Is the link broken? Just wondering

It goes to the same "ask a question" area. I just clicked it and it took me where I was expecting to go. Confused

Doesn't help logging out and back in ... I tried and it still takes me to Google search instead of the Ask a Question Forum.

Then I went in and cleared history and cookies came back and signed out and signed back in an VOILA!!!
I am going to the right page.

I logged out and back in but it still takes me to Google. I can't figure out how to clear the cache or the history on Firefox.

I use Firefox too .. so I went to windows internet options and there it gave me a choice of deleting temp files etc
That is where I finally chose cookies and histories in addition to everything except passwords and then it worked for me. You may have to sign back into some sites you are used to just going to, that is why I did not delete passwords, but it worked with out that just by signing out and signing in again after I had cleared everything. Unless @Dave did something else to change things for me. : nodding

Not broken for everyone. I have Firefox and it took me right to the Ask a Question page of the NGA.

I'm using a desktop and Chrome. The link works correctly for me. I haven't done anything at all so far. Just log in using my ATP 'favorite' link and use the site like I do every day. Could it be different for phones and other means of logging in?

You are clicking that link at the very top right?

That is where I started this tread. Yes and I think the deleting cookies was the fix, but maybe not.
However the link now works properly for me and takes me to the ask a question page.

Yes. This one: Click here to ask our garden sages for advice. In bold sort of maroon lettering. Is that the one under discussion or did I get lost somewhere and just waiting for Bo Peep to find me? Smiling
