I have the Hyacinth Bean Vine and each Summer I am always anxious to see how she will show herself. This year was no exception, and show she did.
This one came up from a seed dropped last year.
This one came up from a seed and I intended to move it but never did. She likes to have the run of garden.


Each year I plant seeds at the mailbox arbor. Wish the vine would last all year.

And this one, boy does she like it here. This arbor is the entrance to the outside shower and this Hyacinth is the only thing that gets enough water.

Those are some lovely pictures! Wish it would grow like that here, but I tried it and it never bloomed. Grew ok, but no blooms.

I've raised it before and it was beautiful. Not as lush as some of yours tho.

If anyone wants seeds, you are welcome to them. Will gladly send.Now to find a vine to stay year round!

I love Hyacinth Bean Vine. It isn't hardy in our area so I have to collect seeds and start new plants each year. Getting fully developed seeds seems to be a problem for me. There are usually plenty of seed pods but many of the seeds aren't fully developed before the first frost.

I will send you seeds it you want them, I'll have plenty.
