We have hit it hard for 6 days..mulching now ...I dug through the drive gravel and grey clay to add more flagstone...the land there was infiltrated with dandelion mixed in blue star groundcover. today's mishap..a tree ( not me behind the chainsaw ) took out the top rail of the fence we just reinforced ... Crying ..but little by little we are getting rid of the winter blues... 6-6:30 so photos a little dark

Rosie, it is all so pretty. I love the rocks. That is something we don't have here and I love looking at all of yours. Your metal art and water feature are also very nice.

Thank You!

That is Deer- Resistant hardscape!!! Hahahaha!
We live in an area stuffed with metalsmiths, recyclers..in a few weeks a neighbor will have a lawn party with lots of artists ( she is a clay artist ) and there are quite a few folks who will show their work ...delivered on flatbeds. I will take photos..great big one story whirling creations and sculpture. Here are some more of my rusty blooms. Rolling on the floor laughing no weeding no fertilizing

That's the neighbor's work. She works in clay 😊

that MIA stake drives me nuts..it has a big prong at its base too.

I have a photo of a deer trying to climb a tree 😝

they look IN our windows with stems and blooms hanging out of their mouths.

all I can say is when we go..the kids are gonna have one hell of a 'rusty' sale...

Today's work
Adding to the walkway

Found a phlox completely chewed through the entire plant at the base... Happened during a rainstorm....I saw it just prior to the downpour and it was alive and well. Had been sprayed with liquid fence the eveniing before... Good thing these clematis made an appearance during the same time

One has to study each picture in case something was overlooked,..like the small Angel on the right side of picture No 2,..it blends in and is hardly spotted,..someone once said to me when the conversation was on Angels,..i never saw an Angel he said,..i replied that one only sees them when you really look for them Shrug!
