Insect and Bug ID forum: What is this tiny bug?

These are tiny tiny little bugs. There are a number of them on a little table and around my front entrance. Any clue what they are? Seem slightly aggressive as if I put my finger on the table they will come toward it.
This is in the Kansas City area. Thanks!

Great site Janet. Best info and photos I've ever seen. Scary little critter. Although large for an aphid yes? Hope I never see it here! I tip my hat to you.

They are rather large for an aphid Leslieray, but they do come under "Giant Conifer Aphids".
