You were actually pretty lucky. Mine was in much worse shape! Just cut off the brown til you get to the green portion. Those cuts will probably end up branching and making it fuller, but it'll be a while.

The reason I questioned cutting off the brown ones is there is new growth on the ends. However, doubt that the brown parts will ever be any more than brown. Pretty ugly, huh? Thanks to everyone for the info. Thank You!

Succulents will do that - look really bad but put out new growth the tips. Be brave and whack those dead arms off. If you are feeling bad about whacking off those new growing tips, offer them on the trade forum. I'm sure lots of people will take you up on the offer.
