We have three rose bushes in our front yard. Last year they were beautiful. This year they turn brown before they are fully open. There are a lot of flowers but they don't fully open up and turn brown. Can you tell me what would be the problem

It sounds like your roses have a fungal disease called botrytis. It is caused by cold and rainy weather but if you did not remove old flowers, that contributes to the problem. Cut off all the affected buds and spray with a fungicide.

we had Botrytis really bad last year due to our extensive rain in the spring time. we pruned/thinned out all our roses and removed any infected leaves and flower buds. then sprayed the remaining leaves with Neem Oil. by late summer you'd never know there was a problem to begin with.

I agree with the Neem. And you might want to consider cutting the roses back severley -- I have done that with good results. Good luck!
