I have taken pictures twice since, and none turned out. Too gloomy out side, and rain coming. Maybe in a day or two things will brighten up a bit so I can take pictures. Now I have to go weld a jack to my car hauler.

What do you use a car hauler for?

Maybe a car is going to fall off a truck somewhere.

Seldom used for hauling cars, but it's a nice large flatbed trailer that I use for hauling fire wood, hay, shavings, you name it.

Ah. That's what we need -- a trailer for hauling hay. But it doesn't make sense to buy a trailer -- and maintain it -- in order to use it three or four days a year.

I don't use it a lot for hay, as I get my hay delivered. But it seems like I need it quite often for other things. It's really nice for hauling lumber and other odd shaped things that don't fit in the pickup. Or when I have to take my lawn tractor in for service.

I'm lucky in that my lawn mower/tractor guy is a neighbor. So when the mower or small tractor need servicing, he picks them up on his way to work and then delivers them home at the end of the day. And he doesn't charge me for that. Pretty cool!

On the other hand -- the new Kioti tractor, when picked up by the dealer for service, and delivered back home when it's done, costs me $100.00 more on the service ticket for hauling.

Another neighbor of ours lends us their car hauler to pick up hay. I hate borrowing it -- but he says it would be stupid for us to buy a trailer when his sits there unused most days. I suggested that he sell me his trailer -- and then HE could borrow it instead of me. He declined...............

I've seen them on Craig's List for a grand or less.
