This plant was growing at the back of my bed. Did not look like a weed.
I believe it may be a baby tree of some kind, It has the woody stem and
leaves of a shrub or tree.

Gita, it is most likely the seedling of a tree that you have growing in the area. Are the leaves pointed like a holly?
